IMPORTANT: FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE SHERATON CENTER'S EXHIBITOR'S GUIDE IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY BUILD AND INSTALL YOUR BOOTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH SHERATON'S REQUIREMENTS.

Important: delivery and installation from Monday, March 16, 5 am to noon

If you have large equipment/accessories (such as kiosk, cutting table, printer, LED screen etc.) you must contact Sheraton at least 20 days before the show date to coordinate delivery:

You must have your own pallet truck if required.
You must protect the existing floor/carpet with a carpet cover available from DEE if you have equipment such as a cutting table, printer, etc...
Your truck must vacate the unloading dock as soon as your equipment is returned to your booth.
No post-show storage, unless by special arrangement with the Sheraton Laval.
If you wish to exhibit with very heavy equipment ( around 1500lbs ) it is very important to contact the Sheraton manager to obtain authorization.

If your booth needs to be set up with lightweight pop-up or DEE-supplied equipment, you can enter through the main Congress door.

KIOSK SUPPLIERS ACCREDITED BY THE SHOW
The Show has signed agreements with two suppliers to help you build your own kiosk.
