Important : Delivery and installation on wednesday from 1pm to 11pm

If you have large equipment/accessories (such as a kiosk, cutting table, printer, LED screen, etc.), you must communicate at least 20 days before the exhibition date to coordinate the delivery with Sheraton. You can do so by calling Lisa Paul at 438-220-7745, or by emailing at lmpaul@sheraton-laval.com.

You must have your own pallet jack if required.
You must protect the existing floor/carpet with a floor covering available at DEE if you have equipment such as cutting tables, printers, etc.
Your truck must clear the unloading dock as soon as your equipment is delivered to your booth.
No storage after the exhibition, unless a special agreement is made with Sheraton Laval.

If the setup of your booth requires less than 3 hours using light equipment such as a Pop-up style or provided by DEE, you can proceed with the assembly on Thursday morning from 6:00 AM. Additionally, for small packages, you can enter through the main entrance of the Congress.

YOUR BOOTH MUST BE READY TO WELCOME VISITORS STARTING THURSDAY, APRIL 18 AT 9:00 AM.

KIOSK SUPPLIERS ACCREDITED BY THE SHOW

The show has signed an agreement with this supplier to help you build your booth.
