EXHIBITOR’S GUIDE

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE SHERATON CENTER'S EXHIBITOR'S GUIDE TO SUCCESSFULLY BUILD AND INSTALL YOUR BOOTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SHERATON'S REQUIREMENTS.

Important

PERIOD OF ASSEMBLY OF YOUR KIOSK.
The set-up time for your booth may vary depending on the area in which your booth space is located.
1. If your booth is in the Laval 1-2 -3 section (Booths 1 to 35) the set-up period is: Wednesday April 20th from 9pm or Thursday morning April 21st from 5am.
2. If your kiosk is located in the Laval area (Kiosks 36 to 65) you can set up your kiosk as of April 20, 8 AM

IMPORTANT: If you have large equipment/accessories (such as booth, cutting table, printer, LED screen etc.) and especially if your booth is located in the Laval 1-2-3 zone, you must contact the Sheraton at least 10 days prior to the show date to coordinate delivery, Roxanne Pagé at 514- 653-2440 or by email rpage@sheraton-laval.com

KIOSK SUPPLIERS ACCREDITED BY THE SHOW
The show has signed an agreement with two suppliers to help you build your booth.

1. Dee Décor Expert for a custom rigid booth or any other accessories such as chairs, carpets, tables, etc. Your contact is Dianne Lachance 450-646-2251 or ianne.lachance@dee-expo.com. See kiosk special HERE for choice of booths.
